F1 2010 Reputation level for Red Bull and Mercedes GP

Hello everyone, I am playing 5 years career and currently in my 2nd season, leading the championship with Toro Rosso with reputation level 25. Mercedes and Red Bull have shown interest in me and I am looking forward to change team at the end of this season.
I am worrying that if I go to Mercedes or Red Bull I will not be able to keep my reputation high enough to stay in the team after 1 season.
How much reputation is needed to stay in those team at the end of 3rd season?

it depends on you reaching your team Objectives , If you do not reach them then you are sacked it is as simple as that , If you do reach them you will be signed for another year if your team mate dose better than you then you may be offered another contract if you started as the Number 2 driver hope this helps, Life gwets easier in the faster cars
