Replay cameras?

I seem to only be able to view replays in car. Is there an option for a TV view?

There are some keys that can be configured for the cameras including camera free (Options> Controls). By default the "Insert, Home, Page Up, Page Down, End" keys and "Delete" key to toggle the camera freely, in this mode use keys "Numpad" to move, zoom in or out the camera.
