F1 2015 Season Mod - Car, track, database, characters mod to 2015

In my database mod (Project Ultimate Realism v1.0)
Mercedes, Ferrari and Williams are on 1st tier, RedBull,Toro Rosso,Sauber and Lotus are in 2nd tier,Force India and McLaren are in 3rd tier and Manor is on 4th tier.
Changes in Ultimate Realism:

1. Now retire 3-8 ai arivers
2. Improved Agression
3. Lap time is matched to realism (manor loses 4,8 seconds per lap

French language should be on tuesday on Ulimate Realism Mod witch will be updated more than main mod
