Old Ring Park was the next stop on the RDLMS calendar for an 8 hours endurance race for LMP1, LMP2, GT1 and GT2 cars.
There were happy faces in the LMP2 class as they gained the top 2 spots in the general standings with a stunning drive from SBI Endurance Team. They won 6 laps ahead of The Black Rebels, also in an LMP2, that ended the race with their car severely damaged after a spin in the last minutes of the race.
[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]Rare Endurance Team ended the race in a fine 3rd place overall and first in LMP1, which is quite a surprise considering these are the most powerful cars. The participants in this class really suffered huge problems dealing with their cars as only one car managed to finish the 8 hours. 4th place overall, and 3rd on P2 category, was awarded to Racing for Limburg.
Regarding the GT classes, it was a Dutch festival with Simracing for Holland winning in GT1 and GT2, with RPM driving their GT2 car safely home in second position of their class and 8th overall, just three positions lower than their LMP2 prototype.
