Well, you are right that there are many things and rules with the game, but you can learn as you play. Consider your first few races as testing and get a grip. But please join if you are planning to stay committed this time mate.

Please read the rules carefully. You have 2500 credits and you can buy anything after you get at least 1 driver. And you can't pick Schumacher as he already races with Jawz. Please look at the drivers list in the 2nd post of the thread.

Also favorite track should be chosen from the calendar in the first post. Also you need two sponsors. One from the left column, one from the right column at the sponsor list.

Edit: Oh I forgot to say the most important. You need engine and tyre suppliers as well!
