Competition:
The season will be an amount of rounds (based on the total amount of players) and contains home- and away matches for every team. The point system is:
- win = 3 points
- draw= 1 point
- lose = 0 points
Rounds:
When a round starts, it'll be posted in the thread, i'll record every match and put all the highlights form all the matches in 1 video, and for those who don't want to wait, normal results will follow soon after

achieving the sponsor objectives will grant you extra amount of money for the transfer market. Sponsors can be changed after their duration has ended

1 of the most important things in modern football: transfers. You can get better players in your team by buying them from the transfer list or negotiate with other managers for their players.
-Transfer List:
Every round players will be added to the transfer list, players AVG will increase during the season, but so will their prices. when you buy a player, he'll be erased from the list and added to your team.

Interested in a player of another managers team? you can bid on him by sending him a pm with your offer ,he can accept your offer, decline it or counteroffer it. When the offer is accepted, the offered money and the player will swap teams. I need confirmations from both the managers to confirm the deal

players not on the transfer list or in the team of another manager can be scouted by a manager, managers have to do this themselves. every player has a specific price based on his AVG

Selling players:
When you want a player to be placed on the transferlist, send me a PM with which player it is and how much money you want for it, then i'll place him on the list. Those players can be bought by other teams not participating in the league, this is to prevent that players will be listed forever. Every manager can list 5 players at a time max.

-Hire Financial Agent €5.000.000 (Max = 1)
Creates a bank account for your club, putting money on it will grant you a 5% profit per round based on the amount of money on the bank account
-Hire Personal trainer €5.000.000 (Max = 1)
Permanently hires a personal trainer who gives training to 1 of your players with a chance to increase their AVG (player has to be chosen before round starts)
train player <23y: 50% chance AVG +1
25% chance AVG +2
train player 23y> 25% chance AVG +1
players who are in personal training can't be putted in the starting 11,however they can be placed on the bench.
the maximum AVG a player can reach is 99
-Hire negotiator
decreases the price for non-transfer listed players by 10%
