F1 2012 Rain help

Hi,
Career mode,legend. In THE williams i can do p3 or p4 in qualifying, dry That is. Then in the race its starts raining or THE race is wet from THE beginning, no setups can be changed, but how is it that the ai Cars are around 4 sec faster then me and seem to have all grip and i seem to have none'? Maybe i should use a wet setup for the race, but then i will be last on the grid in q1.what is wrong?

The logical thing to do here is to set up your car in Practice for whatever weather you will experience in the race.

No point worrying about Quali as that's not where the points/podiums/wins are scored.
