Rain fix

Because the next race will be 90 % rain there will also be thundersounds, and ive read some places that those thundersounds can create lag, i think maybe is wise to use this rain fix.

Is that bug still there ?

In the lastest patch it said :
Fixed rain effects in 100% rain (multiplayer)
Not sure what was fixed though :wink2:

Lol, that could be possible Tom, maybe it is cured with a new patch, but i just stumbled on this patch and thought i wanna share, but if simbin has allready fixed this isseu with a patch then there is no need to use this one.

yes it is supposed to be fixed, it was done by reducing the size of the thunder wav files as the old ones were huge, the largest one was 6.85 MB and this has now been shrunk down to 3.15 MB
