Dear all who might know the answer and Ruud,

What are the major differences between Racer v8.3x and Racer PRO?

    Is content compatible or not?

    Kind regards,

I think graphical/material content is compatible (car visuals, tracks, newton stuff, sounds), but the PRO version has it's own car physics (MATLAB/simulink), motion platform support and other higher end features.

I'm not really sure beyond that.

Basically, if you need to be assured that things ARE right, and want the motion platform to transfer those feelings right, then you need Racer Pro :D

For us mere mortals with a desk and steering wheel at home, I think Racer Free is plenty :D
