Here we will discover the favourite Race Circuit of the Race Department users. To start off, members need to nominate a few real life circuits until we have gathered a selection of 64 circuits. I will then host a knockout tournament with 8 heats of 8 circuits. This means that a "battle" will involve randomly selecting 2 circuits, and by voting in posts below, the most popular circuit will move on, while the beaten circuit will be eliminated. Heat Winners will then move into Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, a 3rd Place knockout and the Grand Final.
First off, we need to nominate circuits. If a circuit is nominated, it means that it is part of the list, no question. Don't edit posts, post again, so I don't miss one off if you change your mind.
Multiple circuits rule: If a circuit with different configurations is nominated, it all counts as one and you vote for the whole venue (eg Silverstone has many configurations, but it counts as one). I will, however, split the Nurburgring GP circuit and the Nordschleife as separate circuits; the same goes for Le Mans and the Bugatti Circuit.
Historical circuits rule: If you want to nominate an older version of a circuit, make it obvious, and I'll decide if it is different enough to warrant a placing. For Example, The Brands Hatch GP circuit has changed a little bit over the years, but I would not consider it to be different to today. However, somewhere like Hockenheim, I would consider the new circuit and the old one to be separate.
It is now time to start selecting circuits. Can there be a maximum of 5 circuits per person to start with so lots of members can choose. I'll ask for more from people when needed.
