Protest: Leppala doesn't use launch control on the start to the formation lap, spins and hits van Starkenburg, who loses front wing and has to start from the pits.

Verdict: 1.5 penalty points to Ville Leppala (failure to apply LC properly resulting in unnecessary incident)

#2 Cyril Werdmuller, Eduard Mallorqui - Lap 2 5:10

Protest: Mallorqui makes an extremely late defending move, while Werdmuller is already alongside of him by the rules definition. Werdmuller has to back off and therefore cannot make the overtaking move.
