Question about Thrustmaster Ferrari 250 GTO wheel

Does anyone know if this wheel can be made to be compatible with non-Thrustmaster wheel bases? Can the Thrustmaster QR be detached from the wheel? If so, does the wheel have a standard bolt pattern for attaching other adapters and QRs?
