Problem with my new pedals...

Hello! I just finished my new set of pedals with hydraulic brake. I am using Hallmagpot from Frex for clutch and gas. I have a problem with the gas pedal: once connected, it works only at 50% and counterclockwise...I did not yet connect the clutch (I broke the pot ##&??...) The brake works well.
I use a Leo Bodnar board BU0836LC.
Need help in solving this problem please!! Thanks!
