Overall, all this build needs to finish is a cable and a new screen, assuming that none of the buttons or rotaries have gone out since my last testing. You could even not buy a new screen and use it without it, but what would be the fun in that?
I didn't end up finishing this just purely out of frustration and laziness, nothing more. After I broke the screen I just wanted nothing to do with the wheel anymore after months of order shipments and assembling everything over a few days/weeks, and now I'm just looking to get rid of it. The labor and parts are definitely worth a fair amount (the grips alone took a few tries and a lot of material to get right), but I'm not looking to make a profit off of this at all. I figured it'd be a good custom wheel for someone who wants to fix up the last remaining bits.
Thanks, all!

Quick facts:
- The Good:
- Fully assembled.
- All soldering, wiring, encoder placements, etc is all finished.
- Grips wrapped in suede
- All buttons, encoders and LEDs working as of my last tests (October-ish), but I haven't tried since then (see video attached).
- Note about assembly:
- Not all of the screw pillars and PCB slots lined up perfectly, so I do not use all required screws for the PCB to mount to the printed frame. If you open it up and only see around 75% of the screws being used to keep the PCB mounted, that's why. I'll included all extra screws and such if you want to give it a go.
- Practically never used
- Turned a few practice laps (with gloves) to ensure that buttons worked and then shelved it, so maybe 5-10 mins of total "track time" on it during testing.
- Fully assembled.
- The Bad
- Screen is BROKEN
- This was the reason I shelved it. After swapping out the buttons for colorful options instead of all white, I accidentally pressed on the corner of the screen during reassembly and that was that (see video of damaged screen attached). I told myself I'd replace it eventually but never did, and now just want to sell.
- There's some really strong double sided tape holding it in place to the PCB, so you would need to remove it with caution.
- One of the printed clutch housings failed, but is fixed and fully functional
- The printed layers came undone from too strong of a spring on the clutch, but I glued it together with some super glue gel and it works fine and has held like that since August 2023 (see pictures)
