Can you explain a little bit what exactly this mod do?

hey kasap this mod, all player cars has been swapped to AI cars model. Is make all Player car to Low LOD like AI car but the steering wheel of game is a same to High LOD model. but Red Bull car and Toro Rosso the Pod likes been Mixed to AI Pod to Player Pod. this is will do.
