Playback or live monitor only on the central screen

Hi,
I have a three monitor setup but all of a sudden, the live monitor only shows up on one monitor when I go to full screen. I think it started after the last update, although I cannot be sure since I am always tweaking the display settings. Have I done something wrong inadvertently? How can I make it show in all three monitors again? Thanks
