Mod created to simulate tire wear visible during the race,
The mod displays worn tires and blistered

characteristics:

- Side of the tire with HD quality
- Pirelli Stripes with dirt
- 1 tire wear different for each tire
- Warning Light (Light Glow) improved

About the "commemorative version", being precise is this mod an improvement to Tires Edition 2013 v1.4 or is it a different project?

this has aspects that have been requested in the previous version but I prefer not to do
so I made this separate to the demands, the present year-end
