Since you talk so much about crowfunding, you should mention that in this financing system you should always set a maximum term for the completion of the project. After that deadline, if funding was sufficient, the promised products or benefits must be delivered to donors. And if the funding goal was not reached, the funds must be returned to the donors. It would be good if you could tell us about this specific project, what is the deadline? What is the goal of funds that you hope to raise? And, more importantly, when will the funds be returned to donors, in the event that the funding target is not met?

You pay for your subscription, and in return you get whatever tracks are currently available "in beta stage". That's it, your contract with them is access for whatever they currently offer. It is no crowdfunding.

It was said that the converted tracks would be released for free once they are finished, but as that was ~4 years ago, and you see their current state, it's clear finishing them isn't ever planned. Sometimes it is just declared like with this one here.

Latest tracks are not bad, some are great, specially from this year.

The price Is not excessive for a track.

They have improved and most of the people moaning and ranting haven't even tested any of their tracks, just the conversions available here.

They will probable keep their "bad reputation" but that's how the community Is.

of course is debatable how they want to raise money but don't need to in order to buy or test their tracks.

Go go the simtraxx store and all the free tracks like Brasov and some circuit iirc.

I would never pay for any of Simtraxx content. The nonsensical strategy of bringing a barely playable track out for free and, when inevitably people ask for improvements, all they get is promises they will be fixed in a future version, which "coincidentally" turns into a paid mod. The free version of Hradek is unbelievably buggy (invisible walls, textures disappearing depending on viewing angle), problems that MAY be solved in the paid version. Noice...

And then they insult free track creators whose tracks are much better and are even being used in official events. Classy...
