F1 2012 paying for this

Hello. I need some help So i have been wondering - when i make the changes in F1 2012 -> cutscene -> startsequence and then i change <Switch type="human" /> to <Switch type="ai" />
So ai just drives my car but it does not go in pit's or use kers/drs. Can i do something about it? Can i change something, so i can just make changes in team and be like manager Thank you ^^

It's going to be boring if there are no human drivers - the AI all drive on rails unless you interfere with them they wont do much but just go round and round on rails.
