Could someone please send me the original "Surface materials" file and the original "ai driver parameter" file?
Would be greatly appreciated

To get your original files back AND uninstall all mods, you simply have to verify your game cache on Steam. If you don't know how to do this, use my other sticky, specifically the section marked :-

aaaannnd.... when you cannot make this well then i must say buy the game ^^ that almost smells like pirated game ^^
