I'd be a bit wary of what you are loading up. Not too sure of the legalities, but generally uploads should be of your own work. Not sure if Kunos would have any issues with their templates being made available elsewhere from an individual, taking you to an unofficial download site. They may well be fine with it, but I would get consent from them first. I would just link it back to where the files are available, that is of course if RD don't have a problem with that aspect either.
