I am considering doing a career starting with Toro Rosso with the hope of eventually getting an offer from Red Bull, however, I feel as though in order to get an offer from one of the top tier teams I would need to finish amongst the very top in the driver standings, which wouldn't feel at all realistic for a driver at Toro Rosso. Something that furthers my assumption of this is the expectation to win the championship within 2-4 seasons as it states when you first choose a team.
