GT5 No brake upgrades.

Is it just me or has any one else noticed you can't upgrade the brakes on your cars like in the older versions of the game. Go have a look in the parts shop its not there

Brakes are also the only thing you are able to tune without buying an upgrade to enable it. Maybe it was planned but they decided against it for some reason. All I know is that without the ability to tune them, I'd be having a very hard time indeed.
