Hi I'm new to DR and am having some confusion. I started by the stock FFB settings, and got accustomed to it with the 1960s Mini Cooper S. After that I saw the IMPACT FFB mod here, so I installed it. I can feel the difference in the Mini, and I surely can live with that and I'm getting better and better every time I launch the game. However after I bought and tried the 1960s Lancia Fulvia HF, and the Ford Escort Mk II. I found it very hard to control these cars. Sometimes it feels like it goes oversteer easier and faster than I expect. Also on tarmac/asphalt, the car feels very weird, almost too predictable, too stable, and too non-understeery. I have ABS off and I could hardly feel they exist out of my G27. I'm wondering: do you guys use the FFB mod, or stick to the stock FFB? Is one generally considered more realistic than the other? I've never been into rallying, and I don't have much experience driving on loose surface in real life. I'm just wondering what kind of settings that you guys use.
