New to rFactor, questions

Hello everybody,
I just recently joined an F1 league in rFactor with Nebula Racing, and I had a few questions regarding the hud and settings.

1. Are there any better relative boxes that I could use?
2. Is there anyway I can see how much I'm pressing the throttle or brake on my HUD, like how in iRacing there's the black box with the current gear and the bars for throttle/brake/clutch input.
3. Just figured out how enable virtual rearview mirrors, is there anyway to only have the middle one enable and have the side virtual mirrors in the two corners disabled?

you can try this--many of us here use it in rfactor GID 1.4

for the virtual mirrors if you press the key to activate them you will see that it also toggle throught all the possibilities, you can only have the rear mirror, only the side mirrors, all 3 off them or none.
