That's a picture from inside the Kunos studio. So only them and probably beta testers . Hopefully it won't take too long.

Not exactly... They have taken applications from people to participate in a closed group to test the 1.0 candidate before the general public sees it. The beta testing group is under NDA (non disclosure agreement) meaning that they cannot give details on it. Some NDA's don't even allow you to say that you are participating in the program.
