New driver + new team

I am 16, from Finland, and I'm keen on sim racing, I have played games like DiRT 3, rFactor, Live For Speed...I run a team on 5laps.com, which uses LFS as an external program to run. Well, I decided to enter FSR season 2012 just for some experience, and I'd also like to register a new team for FSR: Flying Finns Racing. By the way, do all the events have fixed setups? I mean, every driver uses the same setup?

Even World Trophy has custom setups? I don't know pretty much everything about setups. Well, I guess the default setup is ok?

All divisions have the possibility to adjust setups, and its a very essential part of fsr, I think even in world trophy.
