DiRT Rally Need some help please...how to mod

hey guys/gals, im new to pc gaming and the forum but ive been mad about rally sim games ever since sega rally.

Heres the thing, I have no clue on how to mod or create livery's, I was wondering if someone could make a livery of my cousins car for me? ive attached pictures below. im sure it isnt that complex???? as ive seen some really really good work posted up on here.

hey, take a look here...

There's a pretty good guide here that gives you a step-by-step on creating your own skins for DR. You can use Gimp 2 as a free alternative to Photoshop too.
