Mods for GTR evo = Mods for everyone??

Hello Lads. I was thinking. I have seen a lot of mods, for GTR evo that i want to play. But i only have Race 07, STCC and Race on. So can i just go ahead and install the mods? If not, why is there a line betveen those games? Even though they are expansions.

normaly you can use all the mods, aslong the mod dont have gtr-evo cars in it, like some league only mods

New cars, physic, tracks if I am right which are these mods using

All you really need to get mods and tracks and all that other stuff is RACE 07. If you want extra mods and tracks then you should get gtr evo. That way you can join more club events and leagues.
