The DDS files are not like .png (transparent background), you can edited but most save with (specifict alpha)

Anyone know tell me why after paint and add new logo shows through the logo above. working with photoshop and this does not happen, I just happen in the game.

How I can correct it?

You have to make the speccoc file, too.

It makes the car matte or chrome.
When there is the old speccoc file, i seems as there are the old logos, but it is just more matte or chrome at this areas

Hi there.

I am planning to do some Youtube videos in the near future with a lot of the mods from this forum installed. Do you think, with the correct credit and links given, it will be ok if I use the mods I have downloaded in youtube videos? Or will I have to seek permission off each individual modder? Cheers!

If in doubt, get the original modders permission.

Generally they should be okay with it.
