Mod newbie question

Where could I find direction on how to:
1. Change which categorie a car can compete, exemple use a retro max car in the retro cool event. Found it
2. Change the names of the drivers and the names of the car.

All those are for my game only and I only drive Race07 offline.

Look in the .INCCAR and .CAR files

If it's invisible use GCFScape, if it's encrypted use WTCCED
