F1 2010 Melbourne - Australia (Dry)

F1 2010 The Game (Codemasters)
Hi all, hope I don't break any rules, here is my setup for your perusal:

Car
McLaren (on Time Trial)
Time
1:20.6xx. (Theoretical 1:20.3xx in my hands, and there are many better hands than mine)
Pad/Wheel
I used a pad, current 3rd place used a wheel (also a 1:20.6xx)
Postion
was 1st, currently 2nd, will be beaten by more.

Hope this helps. It might need some tweaking.

I've never used a wheel, but would presume it to be smoother and not to scrub as much speed making it a little easier to get the times. But, with patience and a few more laps the pad is in my opinion just as fast.

Lots of Love,

LiveNkickin

Good in sector 3 good job!

hey. i play on xbox 360. doing 1.20.9 on melbourne with far right car setup, (dry) no tweeking atall as im only a racer not a tuner. cant seem to find setups here to take me further. a lot of them seem to lose so much straight line acceleration and top end on straight. nice through corners but sum with quite a bit of understeer. rather oversteer. full respect to you all, i think your getting very close to those perfect setups. so long. Dazza!!!

check out my setup for the wet can guarentee no loss of straight line speed (may be understeery but will also oversteer if driven hard)

HI all!
Thanks for your great setups. I've got a question not for that it really matter but on a real racing car U want the front anti roll bars as stiff as possible while the bars at the back should be as loose as possible. This isn´t reflected in any setup. Some ones got an idea why?

Again great setups and great times produced, greetings to U all.

Thanks to Ramon van Rijn for another good setup (OP). I used this setup on my second season with the Lotus and was glued to the track. Tyre wear was very even for me. I only adjusted the gearing to match the Lotus car.
