Measuring Load Cell Force

I have the CSL Elite Load Cell, and have the shore 95 elastomer springs installed, which if I'm correct is about 200 lbs. of force. This may be a bit of a silly question, but in the interest of longevity, I'm curious how much force I am actually applying to the pedal under braking? I can't see myself actually applying that much pressure in a sim race environment. Is there a software method of force measurement available that will read the Fanatec load cell?

Considering the spring is just a mean to store potential energy to give you feedback and pedal return on the brake pedal set, the force you apply should be whatever your legs output to it. having a stiffer spring or less stiff one won't change that, just the amount of pedal travel.
