Log-in Problem for another member.

Scott Søvik can't log-in. He has tried his email address and he has tried to use "Sovik" without the ø because I heard unusual characters have been removed from usernames.

Why can't he log-in ?

PS: He told me to make this forum to help him.

I don't understand. He tried his email address? Did he fill that in to retrieve his details? That should work, just tested it.

His account has not changed and is still called: Scott Søvik

I had problems too.

Then today, suddenly all 3 of my requests for a password arrived in my mail box at once and a prompt reply from the team to my last email asking for help to reset my password.

Scott still can't log-in. He has tried to retreive his details many times and whenever he tries to reset his password, he is sent to a RD webpage saying "Your password could not be reset. Please try again".
