Special thanks to @Xedrox for helping me with matte effect! I finally recycled the official kuno's map.

Thanks a lot! really ... thanks!!! I'm trying to improve my creativity skills drawing fictional liveries ... it's very hard for me because i'm not a graphic designer and it's less than a year since I started

Exactly how I started a couple years ago. I self studied GIMP for a full year, a tip :experiment as much as possible with colours, lines, techniques, effects, reflection and so on...have eye for detail and MOST IMPORTANTLY, enjoy what you create.
I am not really designing liveries anymore now, but I still enjoy my "past as a livery designer". Not preaching here, just want to inspire a bit. I do have +2000hrs of skin modding behind me
Keep it up, maybe try to contact some (semi)pro simrace teams to provide a livery or two,....I did so too several times.
My mistake was I took it too seriously in the end, keep enjoying it, when it starts to feel as a "MUST DO"; bail, seriously, it sounds silly but it can get obsessive
