kollmorgen force feedback - solid wheel ??

Hi everyone

I could really do with some help here please :)

I have a kollmorgen AKM54G-ANCNC-00. No problem using it with any other game. iracing. rfactor1, Raceroom etc - no issues at all.

But with RFactor2 - the wheel is almost solid. You can turn it, but you pretty much need 2 hands to force the wheel.
Basically, there's a huge amount of resistance. If I turn FF off, then the wheel moves easily but of course, no feedback at all.

I've tried various fixes that I could find online.

"Steering torque minimum":0.15
"Steering torque zero-speed mult":0.1

Steering effects -10000
Nothing seems to make a difference

Any advice would be much appreciated !

Since you haven't mentioned it, have you tried turning down the car specific multiplier in-game? I usually have it set between 40-50% for my SimuCube 2.

If you did, do you still only have static feedback or do details come through?

Yes - even turning it down to 0 makes no difference.
Sorry. What you do mean by static feedback ?

You said your wheel feels solid. the question is, is it just a constant force thorugh the wheel or d you feel bumps and curbs and everything, just very strong?

It's a constant force. Even in the pitlane. Straight line. The wheel basically takes 2 hands to turn it.

My DD wheel is really weak now with Raceroom update, I have adjusted the forces in game a bit but there is simply no resistance I feel some bumps but not the load.
Anyone know about it?

I can keep playing around but really lame, I could barely drive ant feel braking or whatever
