Join timed out HELP!

Hi all,
I'm trying to join the server by GPCOS, but then I get 'join timed out'.
And when I try to join by starting the rFactor.exe, I can't find the server.
The updates in my multiplayer.ini are already set to 1000.
What to do? Please help me,

In your GPCOS control panel, you should be able to see the IP address of the server. Write it down, and find the server in rFactor by manually typing in the IP address.

I tried that also, but it doesn't work because it sais that no games were found.

Then perhaps the server is temporarily down. Just practice offline for now, the official World Trophy Race server isn't due to open for another hour and a half (12:35 GMT).

The server reboots automatically at 0200 GMT every saturday and sunday. The reason why you couldn't join the server is because no one started the rFactor dedicated server back up after the reboot. It's up now.
