Is there a way to manage the AI fuel?

Is there a way to adjust fuel for the AI? I'd like to run longer races for practice, but I would hate to find out the AI either runs out of gas too early or (like in GTR2) has unlimited fuel and the entire field is going to pass me while I pit for tires and fuel.

Any ideas?

I basically would like to be able to set the AI for a mandatory pit stop. After that, I don;t care how much fuel they have. But it would be nice if there was a way to control that.

Yes it would be nice. But Reiza has put many restrictions on us. It's a shame because it effects the longevity of this game for single player. You can only refuel with the V8s and Minis, so no pitting with all other cars but the AI can pit.

This was also the case in 2012, although we had a engine file but no HDV file. There was no pitting for all other cars. I was hoping that they would drop these restrictions. Or, how about a one button click in race set up menu, Pit Stops yes/no. Just like race07.
