Importing rF1/F1C tracks?

Is it possible to edit the tracks in BTB if they've already have been exported as SCN?

No. BTB is a track creation tool, not an editing tool (unless the tracks were started in BTB and you have the file).

Depending on how much editing you want to do, 3DSimED is the first step and from there you can make deeper edits with Blender.

Okay, got it. Though it's harder to understand 3DSimEd actually. Also, can you give me a link to relevant Blender addons for modding?
