Is it possible to create a server, let alone enter the settings using PRO? What to leave out the CUSTOM, GAMER and RACER?

It would be very annoying to play in PRO and they entered the GAMERS the server, they would have great advantages.

I can't answer with 100% security but I don't see Kunos forgetting about that kind of stuff in the dedicated server options

You will still be faster/same as GAMERS because of system Kunos inplent to provied fair racing for those who don't use assists and for those who does.
