How to set Dedicated Server on rFactor ?

Because i use router,
so,have rfactor menu to teach about set server?

About set server,
Today,my server can not ok to join,oh my god,what problem....so sad

Why my server this problem?

I had on testing key the chat "ISI_BABYFACTORY"
But,why can not join again?
Can you help me?
