How to increase brake efficiency on car hdv?

Look in the .hdv file for "BrakeTorque=", increase this slightly; too much and the brakes will lock instantly. Note: do this for each of the four wheels or you will truly have handling problems, lol.
You could also increase grip in the tire files, but this will also affect all aspects of handling.
