How to connect Frex Seq. Shifter Nikkai Switch S-38 to PC

As the topic states....how to connect the Frex Shifters supplied Switch being a Nikkai S-38 to the PC ?
Got this kit laying around and with moving house and such lost the cables and no clue how to connect it anymore to make it work
