how to allow all adjustments to be used in garage?

hello all

i was just wondering how do i get all the adjustments in the garage to be used? right now there are a few that are adjustable and the rest are non selectable. right now all my rebound and stuff is set to 1 and thats just no good

and i want my friend to be able to adjust it to so i dont want to have to teach him how to adjust the files because that takes forever

In some mods certain parameters are not adjustable according to the spec of the car(s) involved.

yes i understand, but what i want to do is to be able to adjust gear ratios, spring rates, etc. in game.

i just dont understand what i edit to allow it?

I am sure opening up whatever files are required to make that possible will make the mod un-playable with others that dont have the same modification. If your doing it for Single Player feel free to hack away. But if you ever plan on using that mod with others or on an official server then you would be out of luck or branded a cheater.

There aremany things you need to edit for that to take place. Fairly easy once you know where to locate them.
