F1 2013 Help with my wheel

Hello everyone.

It has been a while since I used my racing wheel (Thrustmaster F430 force feedback) and I recently purchased F1 2013. However I don't know how to change the force feedback settings off the game as I find that it is quiet strong and makes the car a bit of a handful. Which is difficult for someone who hasn't raced in over a year. Also does anybody have any good wheel settings that I could use baring in mind I'm a bit of a noob =P
