Help with errors

I keep getting these errors when I run the 2011 GP2 mod.

The car refuses to load in the spinner and I get these errors.

Error loading texture gp2_cockpit for material GP2_COCKPIT

I click ok and then get this

Error loading global material GP2_COCKPIT

Click ok and get the exact same one again. Click ok and there is no spinner at all.

If I try to load the car onto a track I get all 3 messages again and a temp car for my efforts.

I have an older system but this is the only mod I have this problem with. It is also in a fresh install of rfactor and the only mod in it.

Any help appreciated.
