General [HELP] What's this sponsor logo?

I'm currently drawing the liveries of all cars from the 2017 F4 British Championship for the RSS add-on.

I was stopped by this logo of the Carlin's car.

It means "Water Our World"

But Google didn't help me.
Maybe you can?

(were you able to extract the vectorised logo from the PDF? Or do you need a transparent .png / .dds ?)

I imported the PDF in Photoshop and subtracted the white background. Rough but functional, and for a small logo not too much lossy.
