I'm from Argentina, no eBay here, and customs and import taxes are hell. Not worth the effort. Digital was the way to go.

I think it's worth it, personally, TRD3 is a great game. I spent £60+ importing a rare San Francisco Rush PC port from USA once; that was less worth it!

You can always get it some other way in digital form. If I say here I get a ban though. But honestly, at this point, 11 years past the release and with no possible way to buy it legally - mind you, buying on e-bay is technically illegal according to every EULA since ever - I don't think it's reprehensible to acquire it by other means. The game is basically abandonware at this point.

Plus, maybe you can score a PS2 version somewhere and emulate. PCSX2 seems to like the game. Unsure how far off the PC version it is.
