After a long winter break of uncertainty if GT Omega Racing would be represented on the Formula Simracing Grid we are proud to bring you the good news. Over the recent weeks GT Omega Racing and Precision Motorsports have been in negotiations if and how a GT Omega Racing branded team can be put on the Grid in 2013. The new Project for 2013 will be "GT Omega Racing powered by Precision Motorsports" run as a fully supported client team of Precision Motorsports.

The GT Omega Racing squad has gathered to present their campaign and the car for the upcoming Formula Simracing season. Designed by Precision Motorsports lead Designer Juan Diego Sanchez the livery shows a very unique pattern of white, red and black resembling the GT Omega Racing logo and colors to stand out from the rest of the Grid.

The team will be lead by the 2012 World Series Vice Champion and World Championship race winner Ivar Kalamees who will be partnered by FSR veteran and long time Precision Motorsports member John-Eric Saxen. Both will be turning in the fight for a top spot in the World Championship standings. They will be supported by a World Series lineup consisting of 2010 World Series Vice Champion Cyril Werdmuller, Precision Motorsports returnee Ajibola Lawal and the well known FSR commentator and Precision Motorsports newcomer Nick Rowland who will be switching for the 2 seats.

"I´m very happy to be able to work with Gt Omega Racing this year helping them to show their colors in FSR. It´s not the first time we have been working with a partner team like this and so far the results speak for themself. I have full confidence our lineup and I´m sure we will be able to make the GT Omega Logo shine in all races this season."
