graphing log files data

I've been trying to come up with a way of finding the bottlenecks in performance on my system and share the feedback with everyone but I can't find a decent solution to graph the log file data. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this with not very expensive software.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried that program and its great but I'm looking to take the log data and graph that.
